Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders quickly and securely so you receive your tools as soon as possible. Below you will find full details of our delivery services, charges and delivery areas.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2:00 pm Monday–Friday are normally dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working Monday.

We use next-day courier services wherever possible, but delivery times may vary depending on location.

Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on all orders over £100
  • Orders under £100 incur a delivery charge of £5.00 + VAT (£6.00)

All charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery Areas & Times

  • UK Mainland: normally next working day
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands: typically 2-3 working days
  • Northern Ireland: typically 2-3 working days

We do not ship to the Republic of Ireland or international destinations.

Couriers

We use a range of trusted courier services depending on size, weight and value of the order to ensure quick and secure delivery.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Signature on Delivery

A signature is required due to the high value of many tools supplied.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is home, the courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel.

Split Deliveries

Some items may be dispatched from different warehouses or directly from the manufacturer, so:

  • Orders may arrive in separate parcels
  • Items may be delivered by different couriers
  • Manufacturer shipments may have an earlier cut-off time, occasionally causing a slight delay

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.

We will resolve the issue promptly.
