The REMS 255020 SSM 315RF electric butt welding machine is engineered for precision welding of plastic pipes ranging from 90 to 315mm in diameter. Designed for both site and workshop use, it features a lightweight yet robust aluminium base frame mounted on a tubular steel chassis with wheels for easy transport. The suspended butt welding assembly allows accurate alignment, while the electronic temperature control system (180–290°C) ensures consistent weld quality. Its PTFE-coated heating element prevents plastic residue build-up and simplifies cleaning.

The REMS 255020 SSM 315RF is ideal for professional-grade plastic pipe installation and maintenance projects. With a high-torque electric facing cutter and a quick clamping system, it supports plane-parallel machining of pipe ends up to 280mm and includes multi-adjustable support for pipes up to 315mm.
